This is a break room and restroom building. Sometimes, design is more important than cost.

Since this building is built for rental purposes, the main focus is on maximum rental income. It require maintenance considerations. So, the more equal the actual area, the better. Along with considering sunlight, there are many buildings nearby, so privacy concerns must also be taken into consideration.

The design of this building is the work of a public design architect. There are many initial design concepts as belows: In conclusion, a modern design & color was adopted. Modern design is more sustainable than flashy shapes. As always, results are the product of effort.






Passive & Affordable Home. Three generations living home. This house was designed to be less than 100 sqm, much of which is included in the service area. Homes are always a budget issue, materials are limited, and space is always needed. It has 5-Rooms, 3-Bathes, 4-Parkings. The budget was definitely exceeded. In conclusion, a house where three generations live together is nothing more than a dream.

This building is for the 2015 Military World Games. It is a horizontal extension of an existing building. This building offers a variety of indoor sports activities. Due to budget, sufficient ceiling height for various sports activities was not considered.


Green is best interior! That nature is truly sustainable architecture. Creative work can be done in such a working environment. However, Green interior is affordable but must be diligent.
